Why did I step into coaching?
When I look back at my career, the moments that have brought the most meaning and joy have always been those where I’ve had the chance to truly support people — to help them grow, take the next step, dream bigger, and make those dreams happen.
This understanding — that it’s all about people — is what led me to coaching. I completed the coaching program at EBS (Estonian Business School) in collaboration with the Academy of Executive Coaching, London, which gave me a strong foundation and deeper insight into how to hold space for growth and reflection.
Every conversation is an opportunity to see more clearly, to think differently, and to move forward. If you feel like you would benefit from a thinking partner on your journey — let’s talk.
Why I Stepped Into Coaching
When I look back at my career — working across different countries, cultures, and leading people for many years — one thing stands out clearly. The moments that have felt the most meaningful and rewarding have always been those where I’ve had the chance to support people’s growth and help them move forward.
Those special moments when someone finds their next step, dares to dream bigger, and starts moving toward that dream. When someone discovers something new in themselves and feels ready for the next level.
I realized that this is what inspires me the most. Not only strategies, numbers, or processes — but the people behind them. Their thoughts, dreams, fears, and potential. This understanding, that at the core of everything it’s all about people, led me naturally to coaching.
To deepen my skills and knowledge, I decided to step into formal coaching studies. I completed the coaching program at EBS (Estonian Business School), which was delivered in collaboration with the Academy of Executive Coaching (London). This program gave me a strong foundation and a deeper understanding of how to truly support others — not by giving answers, but by creating space, asking the right questions, and helping people find their own insights.
Coaching for me is not about quick fixes. It’s about holding space for reflection, sometimes challenging, always supporting. It’s about walking alongside someone while they explore, rethink, and find their own clarity.
This journey has been not only about supporting others — it has also been an inspiring and learning journey for me personally. Because every conversation teaches me something new.
If you feel that now might be the right moment for you to have this kind of thinking partner by your side — I’m here. Let’s talk.
